Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TRENDSET PROMO SUPPLY LLC ("TrendSet Promo Supply", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and retains information when you visit trendsetpromo.com or submit a quote, sample or contact request. We are a business-to-business supplier of custom-branded promotional products located at 1707 S Perimeter Rd #33B, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what our forms ask for and what our website needs to function.

Information you submit through forms

• Name and company name
• Business email address and, optionally, phone number
• Product interest, quantity, branding preference and in-hands deadline
• Shipping address (sample requests)
• Free-text message content
• Uploaded logo or artwork files (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS)
• The contents of your quote cart and the page URL the request came from

Account information

• Email address and authentication identifiers if you create an account to save projects
• Projects and mockups you choose to save

Technical information

• Standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps
• Essential cookies and local storage used for sign-in sessions and theme preference

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for payment card numbers, government identifiers or sensitive personal information through this website.

2. Why we collect it

• To prepare and send quotes, samples and production estimates you request
• To reply to questions and provide customer and order support
• To produce logo mockups and imprint proofs from artwork you upload
• To keep records of business transactions and inquiries
• To protect the site against spam and abusive submissions
• To send you information about your request; we do not sell your information

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by California law.

3. How long we keep it

• Quote, sample and contact submissions: 24 months from the date of submission, or longer where an active or repeat order relationship exists.
• Uploaded logo and artwork files: 24 months, or for as long as needed to reproduce a repeat order for the same customer.
• Account records and saved projects: until you delete the account or ask us to delete them.
• Records required for tax, accounting or legal purposes: as long as applicable law requires, typically up to 7 years.
• Server and email delivery logs: up to 12 months.
• Google Analytics data (only if you accept analytics): up to 14 months.

4. Third parties that process information for us

We use a small number of service providers. They process information on our instructions only.

• Supabase — hosted database, authentication and file storage. Stores form submissions, account records and uploaded logo files.
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Processes the contents of the notification and confirmation emails sent after you submit a form.
• Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) — website usage measurement. Loaded only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner; it then receives page views, interaction events (such as submitting a quote form or clicking a phone number), approximate location and device/browser data. Analytics is disabled by default and you can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
• Hosting and CDN providers — serve the website and process standard server log data.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger or sale of business assets.

5. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored in a database with row-level access rules that prevent public reads. Uploaded artwork is kept in a private storage bucket accessible only to our team through time-limited signed links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected, used and disclosed about you
• Request a copy of that information in a portable format
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

How to make a request

Email hello@trendsetpromo.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you want to exercise and the email address or company name you used. We will verify your identity by replying to the email address on file and may ask for information matching what we already hold. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by another 45 days where permitted. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

Residents of other US states with comparable privacy laws may use the same process to exercise equivalent rights.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The revised version takes effect on the "Last updated" date shown above.
