These Terms of Service govern your use of trendsetpromo.com and any quote, sample or order placed with TRENDSET PROMO SUPPLY LLC, 1707 S Perimeter Rd #33B, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. By using this website or submitting a request, you accept these terms.

1. Business-to-business use

This website is intended for promotional product distributors, marketing agencies and corporate buyers. Pricing, minimum order quantities and lead times shown here are for business purchasers and are not consumer retail offers.

2. Quotes and pricing

• Prices shown on the site are indicative and depend on quantity, decoration method and specification.
• A written quote from our team is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise.
• Quantity, freight, decoration and rush charges may change a quoted price if the specification changes.
• Typographical or system errors in price or specification do not create a binding offer.

3. Orders, artwork and proofs

• An order is accepted when we issue a written order confirmation.
• You must supply print-ready artwork in an accepted format. We may charge for artwork recreation.
• Production begins only after you approve a digital proof in writing.
• Approved proofs govern the finished goods. We are not responsible for errors present in an approved proof.
• Production quantities may vary by up to 5% over or under; you are invoiced for the quantity shipped.
• Imprint colors, materials and finishes may vary slightly from screen renderings and mockups.

4. Intellectual property in customer artwork

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use every logo, trademark or image you submit, and you authorize us to reproduce it on the products you order. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from artwork you supply. We may decline any artwork at our discretion.

5. Changes and cancellation

Requests to change or cancel an order must be sent in writing to hello@trendsetpromo.com. Once production or decoration has started, an order cannot be cancelled and charges already incurred, including setup and materials, remain payable.

6. Payment terms

• New accounts are prepay unless credit terms are approved in writing.
• Setup charges and quoted taxes are billed with the order.
• Invoices past due may accrue late charges permitted by Florida law.

7. Site content

Product images on this site may be representative samples rather than photographs of the exact item supplied. Site content, layout and branding are owned by TRENDSET PROMO SUPPLY LLC and may not be copied for commercial use, except that distributors may use product images and specifications to present our products to their own clients.

8. Warranty and liability

Products are supplied with the manufacturer's standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed event dates.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
