Shipping & Returns

This page describes how orders from TRENDSET PROMO SUPPLY LLC are produced, shipped and, where applicable, returned. It applies to all custom-decorated orders unless your written order confirmation says otherwise.

1. Production lead times

• Standard production starts after written proof approval; the lead time shown on each product page applies.
• Quick Ship items follow the shorter lead time listed on the product record.
• Lead times are business days and exclude transit time, weekends and US holidays.
• Delays in artwork or proof approval move the ship date by the same number of days.

2. Shipping and freight

• We ship from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to destinations in the United States.
• Freight is quoted separately and billed at cost unless a delivered price is agreed in writing.
• You may ship on your own carrier account; provide the account number before production ends.
• Blind and drop shipping to your client's address is available on request at no additional handling charge.
• Split shipments to multiple addresses may carry an additional handling charge per location.
• Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when goods are handed to the carrier.

3. In-hands dates

Tell us the in-hands date when you request a quote. We will confirm whether it is achievable and, where needed, recommend a rush production or expedited freight option. We cannot guarantee carrier transit times or delays caused by weather, customs or carrier disruption.

4. Receiving and inspection

Inspect shipments on arrival. Note visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and keep all packaging. Report shortages or damage to hello@trendsetpromo.com within 5 business days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim in time.

5. Returns

• Custom-decorated products are made to order and are not returnable for change of mind, ordering error or cancelled events.
• Unimprinted stock items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, subject to prior written authorization and a restocking charge.
• All returns require a Return Authorization number issued by us before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns are refused.
• Return freight is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

6. Defects and claims

If goods are defective, misprinted against an approved proof, or short-shipped, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographs and your order number. Where the claim is confirmed, we will reproduce the affected quantity or issue a credit, at our option. Reproduction or credit is the sole remedy for a defective or incorrect order.

7. Samples

Blank samples are available for evaluation and may be billed and credited against a subsequent production order. Pre-production samples with your decoration are quoted per project and are non-refundable.
